This is from Joanna Branson.  My friend Karen suggested she get in touch with me as she was preparing to leave for Ethiopia in early January.  I was so excited to pray for her amazing trip and the work she'd be doing there....but truly I had no idea to what extent God would be using her and her team in His kingdom.  Please click on her name and read her newsletter to be totally blown away at His amazing love for all He created!.....and watch this video about the Mingi children sentenced to die because of evil superstition by their tribal leader leaders....the very ones put in charge to protect them.

Today is Easter Sunday.  The day we celebrate our LORD's resurrection....this is a beautiful picture of those He lives to save......who would never know about Him if the ones He's already rescued did not lay down their lives to follow where He leads.....to give new life....to give a hope and a future.

It will be a sign and a witness to the Lord Almight in the land of Egypt.  When they cry out to the Lord because of their oppressors, He will send them a savior and defender and He will rescue them.  Isaiah 19:20

who will defend them?.....who will rescue them?

Christ in you, the hope of glory.  Colossians 1:27
