Another miracle happened yesterday when our precious friends and neighbors, the Worton's, passed court in Ethiopia and now have a new son, MICAH! They have a beautiful adoption story to share--- and we're waiting for Missy to start blogging, so I'll let her tell it as only she can. But, let me introduce Micah Worton to you!!
Word from Ethiopia yesterday is that when Micah was given pictures of his family and told that he was going home soon, he ran all over yelling, "This is my family!!" He slept with his scrapbook and will not let his family out of his sight!
My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand.
John 10:29
John 10:29
Micah was a waiting child that no doubt prayed for a family without ceasing. Praise God with me for the Worton's hearts in line with God's-- to hear His voice and respond in action to save him!
Just had to include this picture. This is Levi with Micah's new daddy, Mark, at the airport meeting Levi for the first time--- fresh off the airplane from Ethiopia. Look at Mark's face! It's not hard to tell now that God knew He had a son for him waiting in Ethiopia!
For He chose us in Him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight. In love He predestined us to be adopted as His sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with His pleasure and will— to the praise of His glorious grace, which He has freely given us in the One He loves.
Ephesians 1:4-6
***Only one more night until our court date!!!!

praise Jesus!
AHHH! I will never ever forget all of us pouncing on Mark at our ET travel group reunion. We did our best work on that guy! And then talking to Missy in your driveway over the summer I knew that adoption was so heavy on this girl's heart. As I drove away she was running with her dog, and I think I can even recall the very prayer I prayed for her. I'm so far beyond excited for them, their bravery, their commitment, but mostly for MICAH. He's coming into an incredible community of love for ETHIOPIA. Love this!!!
Tracy...I have been counting down the days with you...Here in Ethiopia we are preparing for bed..and in the morning I will be praying for the God ordained release of your 4 precious ones. Know as you sleep (if you can) that we will call their names out loud to our Lord...right here... on time...as court happens! In His time & in His way!!!!!!!!!

Praying for your court date Mrs. Tracy!
I was so blessed to receive a link to your blog. We have adopted 1 child from Covenant Orphanage and are in process for another girl (we saw a glimpse of her on your posted video) from there as well. What a blessing! Thank you! We are currently waiting for word about our court date and needed the encouragement.
