More than Conquerors

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
Romans 8:37

What have we been up to lately with our fabulous new 4?
Lice, ringworm, a root canal, a broken collarbone, over-flowing toilets--even in the middle of the night, a $250 cell phone call to Italy--go figure?, many bike wreck induced boo-boos, battling the powers and principalities in the heavenly realms, and getting and giving at least 10,000 kisses a day!
Life is GOOD!

Not much time to blog or even take pictures--- I'm always behind on emails, phone messages, thank you notes and laundry.  We continually marvel that they are even here---and with the stories they have begun to share with us it is a miracle 4 times over that they are even alive.
Their hearts -- and mine--break for the ones left behind.

I'm so held up by your prayers and totally running on His strength.
I think in scripture--- everything is spiritual.
When you get the opportunity to witness ALL of why Jesus had to suffer and die for our redemption in the face of one of your children, God's heart of mercy for all humanity becomes crystal clear.
It's not pretty, but I wouldn't trade a second of it.
I only wish everyone could experience it.

Much love to everyone!  So thankful for all of your kind words!!!

Wonderful! Yea! Thanks so much for the post- I check every day! I have my eye on 4 sweeties from Ethiopia, and one day want to be able to do what you did. It helps to read what you are going through- even the bad stuff.
I saw that you know Krehbiels! My sister married a Krehbiel. Hmmmm.
Thanks for a little glimps into your lives.
Learning a little each time you post.

Hi Tracy! Curious if you received my email regarding the Mwangaza African Children's Choir coming to Nashville? As you know, they are looking for churches to perform at and families wiling to host the precious children during their stay in Music City. I was really hoping this would be something the African Adoption Fellowship group would rally around. I copied Kristi and Gwen on the email as well but no one has replied.
Thanks in advance for spreading the word to be blessed by this opportunity to serve.
Love & Blessings from Hong Kong,
Kim

We left your home shocked at how well your children are adjusting. They adore you and Jimmy. It's in their faces and in the way they can't wait to be next to you. My heart melted every time they said "mama." They are miracles--all 7 of them--with miraculous parents, too.

You don't know me, but I stumbled across your blog online. I was immediately drawn in because we, too, adopted. We already had 5 kids (the normal way) and the Lord told us to adopt two little boys. They came from far eastern Siberia. I understand the whirlwind of bringing them home and helping them adjust. He is so Faithful and Sufficient. May you be blessed as He "redeems the years the locust have eaten" in their lives!! How wonderful that He is using you to reveal Himself to these precious little ones!
